As a test on the Telus wireless modems (Actiontec and the previous model by Xyzel), when you log into the modem through your browser to turn wireless ON, an additional modem light goes on immediately, indicating that wireless is enabled. Port1 Bridge Mode? : telus I lose all internet access when I enable port1 bridge. I had to hard wire into the modem to get back to the GUI to turn off port1 bridge and turn it off. That made me get back my internet connection. I tried calling into telus support but their 3rd world call centre could only read from their binders, he said I was more savvy than he was, lol.
