Dec 19, 2018 · There's no logic that would be preventing this traffic from flowing. The 2911 router can ping the 10.10.181.0 (Printer subnet) on the 4451 but cannot ping the printer subnet from the users 3650 switch connected directly to the 2911 router.
I tried making a ping test to the default gateway and it does ping with a good response time. Specifically: this seems to be a network/routing problem, as pinging the printer from "A" gives me a "destination host not reachable" from any other computer/tablet, pinging the printer works, and it is also possible to browse to the printer's built-in pinging any other computer from "A"
This problem is at a lower level, i. e. the Windows 7 workstation cannot ping the printer device. The workstation can browse to the router (Netgear genie) and see the printer and workstation as attached devices, both with their expected IP address.
